A bunch of kale
Tablespoon of oil of your choice
saute’ kale for a few minutes
add chopped walnuts, dried cranberries,
pinch of salt & pepper a touch of nutritional yeast.
I added a drop of doTERRA Lemon essential oil after
cooking… mixed it in =
YUM!
*If you can not find kale, you can use spinach or chard as well.
** Finding Nutritional Yeast in Japan. Alishan Organics or iherb will have it.
