Mental Wellness Tuesday

Today I ask you to take 4 minutes of your time to just close your eyes and listen. That is all. Listen to your breathing, listen to the sounds around you. Is there an airplane above, a car driving by, a bird chirping? JUST LISTEN to what is inside you or around you. That is all. If your thoughts get in there, just let them float on by. Just listen to what is around you. After 4 minutes has passed. Move on with your day. Have a good one.
