Mental Wellness Tuesday

Taking long walks in cute towns can truly take your mind off things. Window shopping and for me I love grabbing a yummy hot latte in a adorable coffee shop. This is healing for me, especially in the Fall. Walking into bookstores and checking out what they have. Chatting with the locals. It’s all a bundle of wellness.

This week’s advice is get outside, go on an adventure and talk with people. Have fun. Breathe in the fresh air. It’s a fantastic reboot.
