Balance

Balance is a constant adjustment.

Balance brings in a new light. It allows us to see that there is something else there.
Taking the time to sit and write in a journal, even a few lines, or several pages. Go with what flows from you. Listen to how you are feeling.
Feel your body. You may hear people say…”Check-in with yourself”
What does this mean?
It means… sit down and take a few deep breaths and just breathe.
Focus on your breath.
Focus on what you need to help you feel more balanced.
Perhaps it is a glass of water… or a 10-minute nap (power naps are awesome)
Whatever it is that you may need be sure to take care of yourself before giving everyone else around you all your energy.
